Janette was recently invited to Northbrook College CPD event. She gave a talk on ultradian rythms & their effects upon learning & the capacity to process new information. Also the role Dopamine has in ADD & ADHD.

Janette held yoga & relaxation sessions which were all greatly received.

Janette gave a free talk on 'chair yoga' & demonstration of several breathing excersises. She will be holding a Yoga session for the members each 1st Thursday of the month.

 


 

Free Meditation Evening - 23/8/13


Janette opened the doors of her home for a free meditation evening where everyone enjoyed an evening of readings, guided meditations, group discussion and Om' chanting.
Everybody bought gifts for each other.
Janette thanks everyone for their feedback on what a wonderful, uplifting relaxing, evening it was!


 

Worthing Spectrum

A lecture group for those intrested in alternative subjects.

A fasinating talk was given by Janette on Hypnotherapy and Ultradian Rythms on the 31/7/13.

"Janettes' presentation was interactive, lively and she made it very intresting. Obviously most knowledgable about her subject, but didn't blind us with science! I learned a lot, my attention was held throughout the talks and practical excersises. An excellent evening, very enjoyable."

Steyning Grammar School

As part of the schools' activity days Janette was asked to hold 2 yoga days.

Mayan Calendar

We are opening our doors to anyone who wants to join our spiritual gathering on this special day.

We had a full house on this special evening!

New Dawn Fitness event

Janette was guest speaker at New Dawn Fitness in Cranleigh on 14th April. The event was about how thoughts and emotions directly affect the physical body. Several meditation techniques were taught and discussed.

 


 

Transcendental meditation course

Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th  May

This was well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by everybody. They requested an ongoing transcendental meditation monthly group meeting, which will now take place.

"Thank you for the truly enjoyable Transcendental Meditation course, excellently delivered in a friendly manner making us all feel at ease. I found it interesting and fascinating and can thoroughly recommend it.
I'm more relaxed, calm and found the technique easy to continue at home.
